"This morning I went to LaGuardia Airport from Brooklyn where I live with my two children. I booked a ride on their website last night for $50, paying in cash. I also called the office and they confirmed it was $50 to LaGuardia Airport. However, this morning when we arrived at LaGuardia Airport, the driver charged me $60. I I was told it was $50, so I asked why he was charging $60, but they kept giving me all sorts of reasons why it was $60.I didn't want to be late for my flight check-in so I reluctantly paid the $60, but after checking in and going through security I was left feeling frustrated so I called the office to complain to a manager.The manager gave me a $10 credit, but it made my trip look really bad. I never want to see that driver again."

"Unprofessional, rude, liars, unreliable, tricksters. I was trying to support a local business by using their app and at first had no issues so referred them to several friends however that changed this week. On two occasions I received a price online and when the driver picked me up he tried charging me a different price. The first time I called company and spoke to a manager who said the online price will be honored and I will not have an issue. So few days later tried company again and same thing happened. They were charging me 12 dollars more than I reserved online. I called the company spoke to manager Larry who was very rude and did not honor online price said app gives out incorrect amounts. Also on two other occasions the app displayed a plate, car and color but when cab arrived it was something and someone different than what app displayed. I also asked for a receipt and the driver said they don’t provide receipt. If app doesn’t work take it down instead of misleading customers and jeopardizing their safety. I will not use them again and have reported them to TLC along with BBB."
