"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I arranged transportation responsibly the day before, for a 7 am pickup. They didn’t send anyone. When no one showed up, I called and instead of sending someone immediately they canceled the ride and hung up on me. I’m extremely pissed off. I was on a waitlist for 3 months for this appointment that I just missed. It’s a cortisol test that will now be extremely unreliable as I am LIVID. They called me at 5:50 am to confirm and didn’t send anyone because I didn’t pick up the phone. They called me unreliable and cancelled when I called to complain instead of sending someone, which makes them unreliable not me. I fasted, and didn’t take my meds for 5 days for this test. I will now have to do that again and possibly wait 3 more months for this test. This company should be sued for their recording says customers first but they didn’t even pick me up. I hope this company goes out of business."

"They got no star, but i have no choice, need star to post the comments, in the morning an hour late pick up and return pick up more than 2 hours late, keep giving stupid excuses. This is will be the first and the last for me. Good luck to the others."
