"I am so glad we found this Service! Was looking for a convenient option to pick up our family with children. Booking was so easy; chose to do a quick phone call, and was advised would be called on arrival (flight info was provided). The minute we landed, (big shout out to Andre!), Andre contacted us and assisted us in where to meet for pick up at JFK. After several flight delays, this was the best service as we immediately were able to leave the airport! No waiting in the long lines for taxis and Uber! We are going to use this service and recommend to family and friends any time they visit NY!"

"First off, the car came 35 minutes after quoted time. It’s no fun standing on the sidewalk at Newark Airport with two tired kids, waiting for an extremely late driver. Then driver proceeded to go the wrong direction (north on 95 when he should have gone south), and was holding his phone up to his face while driving on the highway to check the map. Throughout the journey, the driver pumped the gas pedal in a way that made the car keep lurching forward instead of maintaining a consistent speed, even on the highway. Two stars instead of one bc he installed the car seat for us, but jeez, Arecibo leaves *much* to be desired. Will not be using them again."
