Yellow Taxi

"I reached out to confirm my father's pickup arrangement for his appointment at 5:45 am, as per the hospital's instructions. I was told to confirm with them that he would be picked up an hour before 4:45 am. However, the young woman who answered the phone kept stating that she was unaware of any VA-related information until 6 am. My dad has nothing to do with the VA; I'm not sure what she was talking about. I attempted to provide further context, but she did not permit me to speak, terminated the call, and would not answer the phone again. If she had taken the time to listen, it would have worked out. Instead, she wants to be wrong and strong! Do not use this transportation service for medical transportation! So unprofessional - people are dealing with enough medical issues to deal with a poor excuse of a person like the woman who answered today! They should hire people who like their job"

"Called for a cab and waited 37 minutes then called again and asked if the cab was almost here they told me "do me a favor go ahead and call someone else"

"Cab over charges and driver was rude. No good customer service skills."
