Rapido Car Service

"I do not recommend Rapido car service. I experienced no courtesy at all. I was desperate to have a taxi service pick up an order from a restaurant for my mother's birthday and Rapido was absolutely not responsive or willing to work with me. I will not call them again."

"Had booked for today at pick up at 545 am to go to Newark airport. No one arrived till 6am. And no one picked up the phone. Would have missed my flight, if I had not got another ride."

"Never told me that a driver would be pulling up in a regular looking car.and the price for the ride was a bit to much they don't even take me that far .it was literally from 41st and Park Ave to 43rd and Kennedy Blvd $11.00 I will never take that taxi again."
