United Taxi

"Was walking this AM within the past 10 minutes minivan/small SUV BRIGHT BLUE, # in circle appeared to have been 19. The ONLY reason I did not report to the police is because I could not make out the license plate number. In PISCATAWAY at the intersection of SEWELL & MOUNTAIN Avenues with the taxi approaching intersection traveling on SEWELL the driver did NOT obey the STOP sign, blew through it at a high rate of speed & almost hit me. Opposing driver traveling on Mountsin & turning onto SEWELL did yield but they aside from me as the pedestrian had the right of way. Called your number to file a complaint for CAR19 ,& waa repeatedly thwarted as the person answering the phone did not appear to be conversational in English. I did repeatedly request an alternative associate to facilitate the conversation & ultimately hung up. If you had a car traveling in PISCATAWAY whose coordinates would have approximated that intersection around 940 AM PLEASE advice them of ACCEPTABLE driving as the school year will soon start."
