"Narrowly avoided an accident driver of car 34 because he didn't yield when merging on to route 9. He just pulled right next to me. Over the next few miles, I observed him swerving out of the left lane at least 5 times, twice where he was almost into the middle lane. One of those times he narrowly avoided hitting another vehicle. I called to report and no answer at this business."
