"I would give zero stars if I could. The dispatcher lied to me point blank about how long it would take the driver to get to me while I was in an unsafe neighborhood at night. She wouldn’t refund the ride so I could get an uber and I had to wait to be picked up for an extra 25 minutes. She lied to me again and stalled when I called to check why the car wasn’t there yet."
