"Don't use this cab company. They bait and switch, costing you way more money. The phone number for the company just rings. Report them to your credit card company if they give you one number and charge you another. The cabbie didn't use the meter so he could run up the price. My friend was told $70.00, cabbie charged 125.00. He claimed that was the flat rate, which he didn't tell my friend. Plus, he asked for a 20% tip. I told him yeah no to your tip."

"Really lousy service. Took a cab from Newark Airpot to Rye, booked at the counter inside the arrival hall. Ticked showed approx. 120 USD. Driving skills of driver questionable - put me at risk 4 times during the ride. When I finally arrived, the driver asked for 200 USD (cab 106). Once and never again. Next time, i wait 5 more minutes to take an Uber ride and save 70 bucks."

"Complete rip off. Ride from airport to hotel was supposed to be $44. Cab #106 charged $51.50. We gave him a $7 tip. When we got the credit card statement, he charged us $74.70."
