"When I called they said the pick up would be in 7 minutes. 20 minutes later I called to get an update. The woman put me on hold immediately and left me there for 5 minutes until it automatically hung up on me. I called back and said hi I’m still waiting for an update on- and she just switched me back to hold music. I just wanted to get her on the line for a second so I could ask a question so I hung up and called back. She stopped even answering the phone. She would just pick up and send it straight to hold. I called 9 times in a row and she did this repeatedly. The tenth time I called it started going to an automatic recording instead. Ended up never speaking to them and getting other transportation. What terrible customer service!"

"I ordered a cab she stated 7 minutes. I received a tracking link on my phone and the link was not tracking the ride. I called and lady kept hanging up on me. I called again stating "you keep hanging up on me" and asked her how long for the cab . She responded none are in the area and hung up again. I called another car service and they came in 3 minutes. I will NEVER use this service again!"
