"OMGGGGGG!!!! All I can say is, I am very VERY satisfied with their service. No, I'm not a family member, & no I'm not a friend. When I tell you I called them and they arrived in less than 5 minutes!! Excellent! The receptionist on the phone was on a roll. Excellent dispatching. Nice cars too. Even though they are Latino, there was no language barrier. Lastly, it's truly inexpensive. $20 to and from, I was able to have room for a tip. Will definitely use them again next time I am in town."

"Go Car has the best caring drivers in the city. Their service in the mornings is great, and the estimated time they give you as to when a cab will arrive is very close to time. However, my reason for just the four stars is their service after 4 PM really suffers and goes downhill. No matter when you call them from 4 PM on, the dispatch always tells you 5 minutes for a cab. Before you know it, it is 30 to 40 minutes later before they show up, if they show up at all. And no matter how often you keep calling them because they are very late, it's always the same story. "There's a lot of traffic, it will be another five minutes." Of course that 5 minutes can be up to a half hour long. This cab company is good, as I said in the mornings, it's great, but after 4 PM don't even bother calling for a cab, unless you want to hear, they will be there in five minutes. They should just be honest with customers. Nobody is going to wait over 20 minutes for a cab. And by the way, I'm writing this on September 2, 2022 and I called for a cab around 4:30 PM today. It is now 6 PM, an Hour and Half later, and I managed to get where I'm going in another company's car, and I still haven't heard from the driver who was only always five minutes away. They just never showed up, but were just five minutes away."
