Family Auto Cab

"HORRIBLE! Doesn't deserve 1 star. According to the Better Business Bureau this fraudulent taxi company is no longer operating. But apparently so, I used them on 8/1/19 at he drove recklessly the cab looked as if he just picked it up from the junk yard. The following day I used them & when the taxi pulled up it looked a tad bit better than the last BUT he had such an ATTITUDE. Especially when I asked if he could make a left into the drive way so my elderly mom wouldn't have to get across the busy street. He replied, "No, I canot make a left that's reckless driving." Well excuse me. Never again & this is why Uber & Lyft is doing so well. They are polite, have a set price & get you to your destination safely. without being nasty. And they get tips! ***Here's a tip get new cabs, new driver's, take driving courses & lose the attitude."

"The taxi driver came to pick me up from my home. He was on the phone with another guy the entire time, he was very disrespectful and had no courtesy for where I was going. He was taking all the wrong turns and had the guy he was on the with phone call me to ask me where I was going ! Because I kept telling him he is taking the wrong way what are you doing ? I felt so scared at that time. I got in the taxi cab at 12:15 and it I only live 20 minutes by car from my home to my job. He told me the price was 30 dollars ( which I paid him ) he than tried to proceed still in the wrong direction. I had my gps on the entire time so I can see he is taking the wrong way, my drop off time was originally 12:42 than it changed to 12:50 than to 1:15. I yelled at him and ask him to please take the gps way he said no he knows a backroad. I immediately asked him to take the correct way because I am now running late because of him and I was scared. He made me get out the car in the middle of no where on a road. I called the cops and will be taking legal action against this company for not only providing horrible customer service but for robbing of my money. If my boss wasn’t so understanding I could’ve lost my job. I literally walked to my house ! Because the police couldn’t take me !"

"My girlfriend decided to use this can service due to not having money in her account. The driver started asking her if she was married and telling her to call him after work so he can give her a free ride. The driver stayed in front of the location till she entered the door. My girlfriend was terribly intimidated..."
