He went out of his way to ensure the safety and well being of a rider with a mental health condition and her dog. He was kind, considerate and very professional. I never met this gentleman, only had the initial phone conversation and I put my trust in him. He kept his word and went way above what was customary. I can't give enough praise to this man and his service."
