"Slow had me wait for 30 minutes for my cab didn’t even warn me how long it be. Making me late for work I work in new York that 30mins pushed me back 2 hrs. They hang up on you as soon as you tell them where you going so you don’t even know if they coming or not. I’d take another cab if you have important things to do. Use Lyft and Uber avoid them at all cost low budget company"

"I have been using this taxi service for years since the 80's and since then the dispatcher has been very rude. He doesn't tell you how long the cab will take to be there to pick you up, he just gets the info from you then hangs up! He sounds like the world has given him the short end of the stick with his smelly attitude. He's extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He obviously dislikes his job/dealing with the public and should quit!"

"I asked for a taxi to the train station, and I am a very patient very nice customer because I work in customer service. The dispatcher over the phone with me exhibited none of the desirable traits of a service customer. He was very rude to me, and yelled at me because I couldn’t find my taxi when I explained I am not from the area. Threatens for the taxi to leave me, and when I finally find it he hung up on me. I’ve never had a bad experience with any customer service like this— and I’m from New York!"
