"Incredibly reckless driving. Permit no. 126. Ths taxi company has started servicing terminal A at EWR. Took it home from the airport - it was terrible. Driving ilegally on the shoulder on the highway and then cutting everyone off who was queuing. Tailgating, speeding, weaving in and out with absolutely no turn signal, cutting off drivers even on the local roads, and then glaring and beeping at other drivers when passing them as if they were in the wrong🤷‍♀️. It was a bit strange, there was such huge disconnect between what the driver seemed to think he was entitled to, and what was really happening. This behavior would never survive on a ridsharing app - the driver seemed angry the entire ride and wasn't keen about my feeback. I think the taxi company for terminals b and c is different and ive not had a problem with them before. Otherwise, it will only be lyft and uber for me."

"Avoid this company! Reckless driver who rode the whole left lane illegally to then cut everyone off, almost causing a huge pileup accident. "Marco's taxi 167". Complete disregard for people. Will never use your company!"

"The service was very horrible. The taxi driver gave me a bad attitude because I gave him the same answer 3 times but he asked me the same question 3 times lol... I didn't understand that at all. It didn't stop there, though. He kept giving me smart remarks. So I gave him a piece of my mind. I even asked him "Are you sure you know where you're going?" and he gave me another bad attitude. That taxi man was very horrible and his customer service was beyond terrible. Whoever he is, he shouldn't be servicing anyone with that attitude. In this city and other places, people need to speak to other people with respect because he wasn't very respectful at all. He was very disrespectful and rude. Never picking this company again. Lost my business for good. Good luck though.😊😊😊"
