"Ordered a ride and was told I would be picked up in 40 minutes. Over an hour passes. I checked in with the office and the guy on the phone hung up on me twice and then stopped taking my calls. My buddy called and the guy blew him off as soon as he realized we were together. Awful customer service, unreliable and rude. Use Uber. This service is trash and over priced. Edit: The owner has commented on this review stating it to be false. It is not. The ride request was made on 8/8/25 at 4:33pm. What a joke. Take your lumps and do better business in the future. If you can't honor the ride, be up front and honest."
