"The car was dirty and smelled like an ashtray really bad. The charges (which we agreed on, not knowing better) was way higher than Uber. He claimed the toll is 45$ which is a lie. He made us pay right away as soon as we got to the car claiming he has no network in airport. The carseat was nasty and i was worried about my child sitting on that carseat."

"Staff and drivers were very rude and unprofessional, on the phone and on the road. On top of that, driver pressed me with outrageous costs for a short trip, not sure if there even was a meter! There are other services that cheaper, more professional, and more worth your time. EDIT: RE: response. I do live In Bergen County. And I am also sure this is the same service."
