"TRUE STORY/COMMENT FROM A TRUE CUSTOMER!! I was quoted $50 plus tip to Newark Airport for a 5:15 pm pick up and repeatedly ask if that included tolls and was told yes. First of all, he was 15 minutes early (don’t know if he charged for arriving early), the car wreaked cigarettes and the driver (and who also seemed to be the owner) was texting while driving and answering calls (potential pick ups) throughout the entire ride. When we were almost at the airport, he asked for our card to swipe in his Square and was automatically charged $67.79!!! I told him that he quoted me $50 plus if I wanted to include tip. He said that amount includes tolls and his tip! I thought the passenger is the one who puts what tip amount he/she wants to add?! If we weren’t in a hurry, I would have argued with him more!! Needless to say, we will never you this company again!!! Be aware!!"

"Almost missed my flight because of this service. Called Sunday morning and arranged for a 5am Monday pickup to airport. Got a call around 2p same day that the driver was 2 minutes from my house... After explaining that my flight wasn't until 7am and needed the pickup for 5am, the driver said "ok no problem. See you at 5am"... NO ONE CAME! Also phones went straight to voicemail. Horrible customer service."
