"Once you make initial call you get a callback from a driver who is in your area. It was in two minutes I got call back from my driver. Very prompt in arriving. Vehicle very clean and the driver very courteous, helpful, and friendly! I told the driver when I entered into the vehicle that I could count on one hand how many times I have used a cab in my life. The distance was about 20 miles and the cost for the ride was $35. I felt it was a fair fee for the amount of time and distance to get from my home to a car dealership. You get what you pay for anymore! And I felt safe and had such a good conversation with the driver! Just had a wonderful trip from N. Dirksen Parkway to West Wabash. Would highly recommend this company! Dependable and very safe driver! Good folk!"

"I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I had to for this company. I called to be picked up from the Amtrak and got a driver in less than fifteen minutes. Other taxis told me more than an hour! My driver, Summer and I chatted the whole ride to my hotel and she was even kind enough to help me load my bags in and out of the car."
