"They need to clean these vans. This one if covered in dog hair and I am allergic. Deedee answered they would check this out as they clean weekly. I’ve never been in a clean van. They’re always dirty. If I was the driver I’d clean it myself instead of driving it that way. Otherwise no complaints about service."

"Was almost stranded in a different city with a newborn baby because they didn’t have a ride for me even though I had one scheduled to pick me up and was told to “contact my insurance”. Before heading to my appointment, my driver showed up late picking me up from my house and also wasn’t paying attention while driving. She was swerving on the highway while driving more than 60 miles per hour and drove to a completely different area thinking I was going to a salon to get a haircut. I was actually heading to my daughter’s doctor appointment which caused me to be 10 minutes late. Thankfully, my daughter was still able to be seen by her doctor. I didn’t receive an apology or anything from Seabreeze. Then a few minutes later, the same driver that took me to my appointment, showed up to drop me off back home. It was already too late because a family member was able to come get me right after work around the time I needed to be picked up. I never had issues with Seabreeze until now and these people need to work on their professionalism."

"Ive taken quite a few rides with Speedee Medical. All the drivers I've had are super friendly & always willing to help make the ride more comfortable. Each of my drivers have had clean vehicles- usually with the black ice or Vanilla smell goods ( both my favorite). Ive had drivers bring movies, books, & toys for my children while on the ride. I don't think i could ask for much better service than that. Highly recommend!!"
