"Not only did the ride take over an hour to get here, even though dispatch said it would be 20 minutes, the driver then charged me $20 for what I found out later was supposed to be a $15 ride. I should've asked up front, that's on me I guess, because$15 for an 8 minute, 4 mi, ride is still insane. Like more than Chicago. Anyway definitely will not be calling them again. One thing I will say, and the only reason it's getting 2 and not 1 star, is because dispatch offered to send the driver back with the 5 extra dollars he stole from me, which I declined. Consider it a tip i guess."

"I've called on this cab more times than I call my own mother! The service is awesome and I am always satisfied when I reach my destination. There was one incident where I was in the middle of moving and asked if having more than one case of luggage would be ok. The driver offered to help move my stuff frommy previous house to his car! Gotta say, not many businesses are fuming with this level of customer satisfaction. The people care about what's going on with you and want you to have someone you can count on for a quick pick up or speedy drive. One time I called 15 minutes before I had to work and they told me they'd be there within 20 minutes. The driver showed up much sooner than that and took off like a bat out of hell to get me to work on time. Now, I'm not saying that this cab service is wreckless or ignore the rules of the road. What I am saying is that, within the speed limits, it amazes me how I arrived on time and without any discomfort. Checker Cab is the cab to check when you need good quality service! This cab truly does care about it's customers and, as I've said before, you rarely see that anymore!"

You all are great cab company and I was very pleased with you all professionalism, attitude, customer etiquette and the ability to talk to a customer even when you didn't know that they mind was in a worried state to keep me calm and happy throughout the ride there and back. You all is what customer service is about, having a great cab company with wonderful people is a good thing in life. I also was very grateful for the discounts that you all gave me because you all didn't know that I couldn't afford more than what you all asked for. This is a great cab company with employees like Chris and his rider which makes me always want to go with this cab company as long as I live in this town. Everyone should call this cab company for a ride. This is the cab company that will get you were you are going, in a time of need and at a very low price with little finances.
