"I still haven’t had a bad experience with or at CityLink. The transit center staff are always helpful to me. The lobby and bathroom are always clean. I’ve seen the staff out working, and take the time to thank them for what they do. Just treat those with respect who are providing this service—Hi five to the drivers for tolerating us all. Good job! :-) Shout out to the 23 Connection, 17 North and 18 South Driver(s)—thank you all! Without this service I would be struggling."

"Why are so many of the bus drivers so rude. They act like they need a break every half hour and don’t let people on the bus till the last minute"

"As I was standing at the bus stop I waved down the driver signaling i was needing his bus it was a old white heavy set male driver he let a person off as I was approaching the door he closed the door and proceeded on word not allowing me to get on the bus I'm over heating as it's hot outside suffering needing help and I called the dispatch personnel and they was really rude and disregarded my health and well-being and so that in itself became a liabliability. Refusing to send assistance as I have already health problems and as I made this all known to the department of transportation still to no avail they could care less leaving me venerable and in pain"
