"They do not inspect their trucks. My truck had worn out front tires that were unsafe. When i called curts shortly after renting it, he referred me to uhaul. This took six hours to get a tire replacement. This wasted my day and kept me from getting all of the use i paid for. When i returned the truck, nobody live was on site. I was forced to use the mobile app to do curt’s job of returning the truck. Contrasting this with other uhaul locations in my area, i never had these problems. Do yourself a favor and do not use curt’s. They are lazy and do not care about your safety. If there is some live person at uhaul anymore, i would like a refund for my rental. Next time i am trying penske."

"Very unhappy with your service. I called to get my husband a ride home from work in East Peoria when our car broke down. I was quoted four dollars per mile from the caterpillar building to my home on South Capitol and Pekin. So I knew my total when the cab got here would be a total of maybe $46 at the most. My husband said that the taxi driver told him he was going to be 10 minutes late when my husband arrives here with the taxi the taxi driver when we went out with the money the taxi driver said that the total amount was going to be $70-$72 which is a considerably larger amount than what I was quoted. I’ve never had to pay this much For my husband to get a ride home from East Peoria to Pekin with any other taxi service. He wouldn’t let my husband get out of the car to come inside the house to get the money to pay him. I’ve never He was going to charge 85 he said, but he was being nice and knocked off $10. I use your service because we had used your service before and the driver that we had was awesome. We paid what we were quoted and we even voluntarily gave a tip. What I believe happened is when he told my husband he was going to be 10 minutes late I believe he was there and already had a meter running for those 10 minutes and then let him know. He was waiting for him what a rip off and he tried to tell me that that company was the cheapest one in town. well, I thought so too bad obviously not. So all I can say is anyone who needs a ride from anywhere in the East Peoria Peoria, Pekin area beware because you will be paying way more than you were quoted when you arrive at your destination . Oh, and just a heads up the driver slightly resembles uncle fester from the Addams family just to let you know if this The Curts , transportation driver, that shows up for you cancel that ride and call someone else. Very very very, very unhappy. Customer won’t be using the service again."

"Driver of a nasty beat up caravan got into an accident with my 17yr old. Offered her weed and didn't give actual insurance information. Refuses to answer any calls or give any information for insurance. Doubt they have any. Hope they like getting sued! I have to pay out of pocket to fix the damages. Would never trust any of their drivers!"
