"I have been in Illinois since 1/8/25. I came from Colorado. I know things are different in each state and wasn’t sure what to expect as far as meeting my needs. One thing I needed was a NEMT COMPANY to get me to my appointments on time. I have had 2 successful rides out of 7.I have experience with Medicaid ride services and was always picked up. So when my ride was picked up by NDT I was nervous hoping they would show up as my appointment was a serious one that I could not miss. The Driver Daniel assured me he would be here by one and he was 120 miles away,so I was kinds worried but at 12:55pm he showed up! My appointment was in Peoria and hour away. We made it with 35 minutes to spare and Daniel was AMAZING Kind Respectful and efficient. I Love Naperville DuPage Taxi and will use them if I can and I won’t change companies. Reliability is so important. Thanks for a phenomenal experience Daniel and THANK YOU NDT"

"This place is sooo ghetto! Never request this company. Once you get in contact with them they will hang up the phone and keep sending you to voicemail. And they will definitely make you miss your appointment I don’t see how they are still on business"
