City Service Taxi

"This company don’t deserve any stars but google doesn’t have that option. Me and a friend had the right a way to walk across the street. The driver was clearly inpatient, rude and ignorant. The driver is inching out as we’re walking so we had to stop in front of the vehicle and he hits me with his car on purpose. Then had the nerve to start hollering out his window as if I did something to him. Clearly I am the pedestrian and have the right a way. I called the company and gave them full detail of what happened. They just said ok and was gone report it. TAXI 3602 tx is rude,Inconsiderate, Incautious, AND DANGEROUS!!!!"

"Taxi #6208 at ohare airport on 6/22/25 at 10:35 refused to take us to Logan square because we had a child with us, even though we had an age appropriate booster seat. He said “he doesn’t take babies”—my child is 4. Then he proceeded to yell at other cab drivers and cause a scene."

"I'm not making the following up. I live in Chicago - getting a ride from ORD to Downtown is always awful. Today, I got a ride with a driver from City Service Taxi and the following unfolded: - They drove over half of the route on the shoulder. - They littered over half a dozen times. - They almost knocked over pedestrians on multiple occasions. - They didn't start the meter, then said their tablet was busted 10mins into the trip so we'd estimate the fare (I think this actually worked in my favor). - They almost hit multiple vehicles. - They tailgated the entire ride. - I don't think they used their signal once (not that it would've really helped). I wound up exiting the cab 0.5 miles from my apartment out of discomfort. I've had some pretty awful experiences with cabs/Ubers in Chicago but this was exceptionally bad."
