"Not reliable, left my quadrapoligic brother in law stranded because the plane was delayed, by a lot. Poor customer service. Nobody to actually talk to on the phone. Its all text and email. Here is our story, we tried hard to keep them informed about the flight delay inbound to Chicago and updating the times. At one point we were told the flight was canceled and asked the company about the cancelation policy. They took this as a we are done. 5 minutes later we told them the flight did actually take off and was on the way to Chicago. We let them know immediately. Their reply was that sorry you canceled, rebook for another fee. They said the driver went for another fare. Keep in mind this was 3 hours before the plane was due to land. We never actually said we are canceling our booking. They just assumed it. So much for customer service, trust, or reliability. You be the judge. Very disappointed."
