American Taxi Chicago

"We used American Taxi Chicago for pickup from O’Hare and my credit card was double charged. When I called to rectify the situation the guy said “So what do you want to do about it?” and after obtaining my reservation number he said “We will look into it” and just hung up on me. I never received a call back and when I tried to call again no one answered. I now had to file a dispute with my bank to see if I can get the extra charge removed. Will never use this company again and will tell friends and family the same."

"Very efficient service. Booking is easy via a text or phone call. Chauffeurs are courteous and have never been late. Once my son left his phone in the car and the driver called us and coordinated pickup! Highly recommend"

"Horrible taxi service. They have started to jack up pricing and extremely rude phone operators- whoever is on the phone should stay far away from it, I understand it’s not a easy job, but this person on the phone starts talking rude and abusing customers. You are probably better off with uber or Lyft or other taxi service. American taxi used to be good, while it lasted. Not anymore. Won’t recommend and will not use them anymore."
