303 Taxi

"DO NOT USE THIS TAXI. Driver arrived after calling dispatch 3times. When he arrived the vehicle was very dirty abd smelled like urine. There was a 2 liter Mountain Dew bottle cut in half abd partially filled with soem type of fluid(maybe sunflower seeds abd spit) Driver seemed very confused upon arrival. I began thinking he was having a medical emergency. It was about 25 minute ride to airport and he did not wear seatbelts and did not use turn signals. At times driving 10-15 miles under speed limit and other times completely ignoring speed limits. Severl times swerving between lanes and also hitting “rumble strip” on shoulder of road. If less than 1 star was an option, I would have selected that. The worst taxi experience I’ve had in decades. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS TAXI."

"Never again! Never talked to a human. Automated system confirmed a noon pick-up to ORD — a bit after 11am ) —for $11. Called back at 12:05. System told us no drivers were in the area but one was on the way. Arriving at12:15 the driver insisted on $25 plus meter? !! Disgusting!!"

"DO NOT USE!! We are never using 303 again (after years of using them!) The driver arrived, saw my young son with Autism, looked and said "I don't drive people like that." He wouldn't put the bags in the car and just drove away!! My son was crying after since he heard him say that. I wish I could give 0 stars. 303 called and said they'd make it right by sending a new taxi - with a nice driver - in 10 min. 15 min later, they called and said "Actually, it will be another 30 min." We cancelled and used a ride share company. Please STAY AWAY!!"
