"Has quickly become the sorriest cab service there is! One occasion the driver said they'd be there to get me in 15 minutes. 2 hours later they showed. Rude. Recently I needed a cab called twice said they were about to pick me up an hour and half later still never showed. There cars are extremely ikd outdated. Nasty and smelly. Won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else doing it either."

"I'm was really impressed with White Top Cab. I had to stop my truck wasn't running right. This was the first place I saw and stopped. The dispatcher Ms. Pam was Great and her mechanic came inside for something and heard us talking about my truck. He ask if he could look at it for me and made my day. While he looking at it Ms. Pam suggested we stay in the air conditioning. I thought about breaking out in a happy dance. July in GA Heat will kill you. Then another gentleman comes and asks what's up . We tell him and he goes to help the other guy. BLESS these 2 men they had it running in less than 20 mins. And wouldn't take my money for helping me. It was just 1 of the nicest things that has happened to me in a long while. As I'm telling thanks and leaving Ms. Pam let's it slip the second man actually owned the place. If you ever need a ride, don't call uber or lift Please call White Top Cab tell them Trina sent you"

"Called the night before to be picked up at 9:30 a.m. The cab never showed we called several times and were given several excuses only to find out the cab was miles away. They were in Byron and our pick up was in Warner Robins. We ended up walking 3 miles in this heat! I would not recommend this company to anyone. The dispatcher was rude and unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars I would just horrible"
