"One of their taxi drivers was blocking me from trying to leaving from the hospital Entrance so I flashed my lights and honked my horn for them to move up so I can leave. The driver was rude enough to flick me off as well as had a passenger with them in the passenger seat who flicked me off as well. I called their office and they said well they’re independently contract and cannot do anything about it. Very very poor customer service and very rude to the public."

"Do NOT use this taxi service!!! The most unreliable and unprofessional "company" imaginable. We pre booked a predawn pickup to the airport for an important flight. When they didn't arrive on time we called and they sent a confirmation text and assurance that they would be there. After 30 minutes passed we called back and Gomer Pyle informed us that "nope" they weren't coming. Almost missed the flight! Thanks Uber!!!"

"Dispatch and driver were super nice, but I was told over the phone that a ride from my address in downtown to the airport would be ~$40. Cool! Driver shows up in time (super early, I’m grateful) but the ride ended up being $52 plus tip. How do they not have the same pricing system? Both dispatch and driver had my exact address in the system but the differences are too huge to ignore. I expect a refund for the difference"
