"Do yourself a favor and find another taxi service. I called them to pick up a Guest from our Hotel, the girl on the phone tells me it would be 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes later I call and no one answered the phone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They will never be picking up anyone from our Hotel ever again as long as I work here. My Guests do NOT get treated that way!"
