"I called in to be picked up at exactly 2:30 am cause I have to clock in at 3:30 am. He was almost an hour late so I had to call out, he told me his driver didn’t pick up the phone. He didn’t communicate with me about that cause at least if I had communicated with him about that I could have picked a different cab service. He was rude and never to be upset at me as if I was the one late. When I called back he acted like he didn’t speak any English and lied and said he charges 10 an hour when my Job is only 30 minutes away. After I stated that to him he said it was 90 for when he already told me it’s going to cost me 39 dollars. His cab service is horrible no communication skills, rude, and loud and that is unacceptable."

I did not feel that Uber or Lyft were good choices and I did not want to worry! I called Sunny and that afternoon and he booked the job. He arrived at 3:30 AM and he waited for her.
