"Feel like I got taken advantage by the driver, Ali. The cost from Savannah airport to Hilton Head was over $150. Additionally the driver never turn on his meter. I should have been more careful and asked why it was not on. When I took another cab to make the return trip, I paid half of that. I do not recommend them. I am not sure if it is a driver or taxi company issue."

"Leroy was our driver to get us to the Amtrak station for our return train ride back home. We had used another cab company when we arrived and had no problem at all (fare was $20 plus we gave him a tip of $5). But they were not available and we were told to contact Eastside. Leroy communicated very well via text. He arrived a few minutes early but then never got out of the car. When he arrived, I went to the car and told him that my luggage was at the trunk and he said that he would pop the trunk and then never exited the car. There were four of us (all around 70 years of age and older) then when we arrived at the train station, he never got out to help at all!! That is crazy....no one should have to load and unload their luggage. Then on top of not helping with the luggage, his fare rate was $35. Definitely, would not ever use this taxi service again and will not recommend them either!!"
