"I wouldn’t take the cab service with somebody else life. The driving is horrendous and this white smoker looking ugly lady tried to run me off the road because she was mad that I merge into traffic before her. She continues to cut infront of me on Dean Forest road with my child in the back trying to break check me. She need to worry about her hygiene and looking like she smoke crack all her life but whom ever company this is need to close down. Call Lyft or Uber it’s much cheaper. Make this business go out of business!"

"Would give this cab service a --5 if possible! We had 4 people all in our upper 60's) Made reservations to be picked up at 4:15pm. No show, called them @4:16pm and said they were almost there. No show, called again @4:30, said they were 1 minute away! Almost 4:45pm, still nothing, just getting ready to call again when it pulls up. Trunk pops open, NOBODY gets out of cab to load luggage. We all look at each other, shrug and start loading bags ourselves. We get in cab which looked like it was on it last leg and it smells like cigarettes, booze and trash. The female driver went about 375 pounds and her hygiene was nasty and wasn't very friendly. Her seat belt alarm kept going off because she couldn't get it buckled on.One of our party had to sit in the front seat, (normally not a problem) but the whole floor was covered in old cans, bottle, wrappers. Finally get to airport and she charged up $10.00 more than what we were quoted on the phone. We all just wanted to get out of that cab fast before things started crawling. WORST experience ever!!"

"DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!!! Called because someone working at the hotel gave use the number. They took forever to pickup. Called after about 30 minutes and was told will be there in 7 min. Total took about 45 minutes. Pulled up in an old battered taxi and the truck was open and it looked like someone was living in it. Had to be rearranged to fit my suitcase on top of the tire and trash. Driver got made because my friends took a picture of me leaving and waving good buy. The driver proceeded to start a rant and cursing because they took the picture. I then asked if he took credit cards and was told it will be an extra $7.50. I told him I did not want to use his service and felt very unsafe."
