This week is supposed to be in the '90s every afternoon He was so kind yesterday and had extra bottle of cold water that he offered to me.... Hopefully he can get his air conditioner fixed"

Today 8/22/25 in Roswell, GA, at approximately 15 minutes prior to this message, I was reversing into a parking spot when I encountered your driver parked incorrectly in the accessibility aisle, he should not have been occupying. Due to his improper parking, he nearly hit my vehicle. When I addressed him and asked why he was parked incorrectly and looking at me in a hostile manner, he became aggressive. Instead of resolving the situation calmly, your driver escalated matters by cursing at me and making extremely disrespectful remarks about my mother. This behavior is highly unprofessional, inappropriate, and unacceptable for someone representing your company. I request that this incident be addressed promptly and that appropriate disciplinary action be taken. Taxi drivers are expected to uphold standards of professionalism and safety, and this type of conduct is not only disrespectful but also creates unnecessary conflict and risk. Please confirm that this complaint has been received and advise me on the next steps."

"Safety is job none! On May 16, 2025, at approximately 2:29 p.m., a Morelia moronic taxi driver blew through a stop sign as if the 4-way intersection and conspicuous array of stop signs didn't exist. Two pedestrians were sitting on a curb waiting for a school bus to arrive. Supportive video evidence will eventually accompany this comment."
