"I wanted a dependable taxi service to take me from the car dealership to my home, which is 6 miles away, and set up an appointment for the next morning to pick me up at the Service area. Unfortunately, this taxi service did not show up, and after waiting 10 minutes, I called to see where the taxi was. It went right to voice mail. This was my first time using this service, and I would not feel comfortable to use them to go to the airport, etc. when timing is so important. They took all of my information and seemed very professional, but the result was no show and no call. I can't say if they were being selective, as I was willing to pay for the short distance, but I need reliability, and this service failed."- Wendy Segnitz
"My first time using this service and it was AWFUL!! I called to go 2 miles down the road. Once I called to set up a pick up, the guy told me that it was 2.50 per mile. I thought that was not so bad so I agreed. Once I got in the vehicle, I started getting suspicious once he started at 2.50 when I thought the meter doesn't start until the person gets in but I just wanted to get to her school asap. I went 2 miles down the road to my daughters elementary school to drop off her lunch money. As soon as I got out the car the meter was 9.50, I was in the school no more than 45 seconds. As soon as I stepped back in the vehicle it said 11.75. I asked the driver what was wrong with his meter because we only went 2 miles down the road. He stated that it's a timed meter, not how much you pay, so I thought nothing else. Once I sat there and thought about it, IT DOES NOT TAKE 11 MINUTES TO DRIVE 2 MILES ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS NO TRAFFIC. I kept asking questions to get a better understanding and not even a mile later it got up to $16. I immediately told him to pull over, I would walk the rest of the way. He pulled over in the library parking lot and the meter was 16.50. I got out and offered to give him $10. He denied the money and I looked at the meter it was $16.75. I got furious instantly because this man was trying to charge me $20 to go a total of 4.3 miles. He tried to record me on his phone and started stalking me because I didn't give him the full amount. He followed me in Kroger and outside. I have never been so scared in my life. I had to call the police, he was sending text messages threatening me. I went to kohl's and saw 2 police officers and told them the situation and they called the guy and solved my issue. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL FIRST CLASS AGAIN! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY SERVICE THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS."- A W
"This is my husband's company, so I don't know if Google will let us keep this review, but they don't show owner responses on mobile and I want to address the negative review below. Our driver followed his GPS to the client's address, but it took him to an empty parking lot, which is dangerous for a driver in the middle of the night so he ignored calls from that number for the rest of his shift. The cabs that were flagged down in the street were not ours. When we received the complaint we refunded the $18.00 that the client had spent on fare with another company. We feel we gave swift and high quality customer service to the client to resolve his complaint."- Christine Gingrich
