"My 85 year old elderly mother can no longer get up into my F-150. So, yesterday I called Catcha Cab to order a cab for 1:00 pm today, June 16, 2025. The young woman how picked us up did only one thing right, she showed up on time. She had to be asked to park down hill in the driveway to pickup my Mom and still parked on the slant and not at the flat area by the walkway, Mom had to walk up hill to get in the cab. She never got out of her cab to help in anyway to get Mom, her stuff, or her walker in the cab or out of the cab. So, she got no tip! I called Radio Coop for the ride home. And, they sent us an angel! Keyanna, (I am probably spelling her name wrong), she drives cab "00"! This wonderful young woman jumped out of her cab to help us! She helped to get Mom to the cab, in the cab, Mom's stuff in the cab, and grabbed up that walker and put it in the cab herself! She was polite, friendly, great personality, a good driver, and then repeated everything to help Mom. get out of the cab. Also, she was patient while Mom got out of the cab. This young woman got a tip because she earned a tip! She made sure her customers were taken care of ! Keyanna, thank you!"
