Your driver was in front of the door rigth in the middle of the road blocking 4 cars behind him/her. Someone beep, he got mad went around came back and did the same thing. Meanwhile there's is enough space next to the curb for the taxi driver to wait for their customers to come outside."

"Yesterday I called Catcha Cab to order a cab for 1:00 pm today, June 16, 2025, explaining it was for my 85 year old mother who has trouble getting in and out of high vehicles and also uses a walker. The dispatcher said that she had written it on a post-it and put it up for today, that I should call back in the morning and double check the order. I did and went over my Mom's needs again. The cab arrived at 1:00pm, that is the best thing I can prays about the experience! *The young woman parked at the top of the driveway, across the front of the driveway. *I had to ask her to come down the driveway to get my Mom. *She did not back down to the walkway where the driveway is flat. *She parked in the slop, so my Mom had to pushing her walker up hill. *The driver never got out of her cab! *I got my Mom, all her things, and her walker in the cab. *The driver spoke to dispatch once and spent the rest of her time driving (thank you) and jamming to unacceptable music (inappropriate names and descriptions of people). * She rounded up the bill without asking, when I said, "Excuse me.", she said what the correct amount was. *She never helped to get my Mom or her things and walker out of the cab. No! She did not get a tip! A tip is for going that little bit extra to make life easier for your customers! A tip is not an automatic thing that anyone deserves! I called Radio Coop Cabs for the ride home. Dear God in Heaven the young woman that Radio Coop sent was marvelous!!!!! She jumped out of that cab helped my Mom to the cab, to get in the cab, with all of Mom's stuff (old people have stuff), and grabbed up that walker and got it in her cab without batten an eye. She talked to us, she was friendly the entire time, and then got the walker out, helped to get Mom's things out and into the walker, and was kind and helpful as Mom struggled to get out of the cab and on her feet. This young lady got a tip, because she took the time to earn a tip by taking care of her customers. If you want a decent cab company and driver call Radio Coop and ask for Keyanna, cab "00". She is the best!"
