"Very unreliable, they will have you waiting hours even when you tell them a specific time that you want to be picked up. And most of the drivers are very rude. They will also cancel your cab and not let you know. I barely wanted to give it a 1 star because it’s just a 0/10 overall."

"I live on a military base so yellow cab is the easiest way on and off post. The last 2 times I've used them it's been a 2-3 hour wait. This time when I called I was told none of the drivers would take the call. I don't understand how it's an option to not pick someone up"

"We’ve used this company before and it’s been so-so. When we initially made the reservation, the dispatcher was friendly and helpful. Fast forward to the morning of the pick-up, I didn’t received the “Your driver is on their way” text which led me to call the dispatcher. She was rather rude but informed me that the driver was dropping someone off and I would be next. 45 minutes pass by, and the driver still hasn’t arrived. Because of their lateness, I ended up missing the flight. I would not recommend or use this service in the future."
