"The cab driver showed up, then requested that my father "move faster". My father is in a wheelchair. He then took my luggage out of the cab and drove away. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU MOVE FAST. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!"

"The person who answered tried to cheat me adding 12 miles to my 11 mile trip to make it cost me more...he hung and said find something else...This cab service is the worst cab service anyone can choose."

"Driver was early and called to let me know he had arrived and where to find him in front of the hotel. Car was in good condition and clean overall. Driver drove safely and responsibly and got me to the airport in good time. Had a pleasant conversation with him for the duration of the drive. Accepted credit card without issue.
