OK TAXI, LLC

"Literally the worst taxi service I have been using for 3-4 years now and they literally were so horrible to us and are always late also just because we said we called earlier they complained in our name just because we said we called earlier and today too we called they said 15 mins then later on said 20 mins like what is this hypocrisy at this point? This is only good when you use it temporarily not every single day. Or else their ego gets high"

"I got in an accident in t he back of a taxi from this company. No all of a sudden NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH!!! And we’re in USA! Ok cool! I finally after 1,000 calls get somebody who speaks English. He says call by 1:30 for the customer service REP I call at 1:55 now oh call back he won’t be here until 30 more minutes!!!! I call back again!!!!! Still nothing I need the insurance carrier and policy number. They are doing illegal things at OK taxi! And it’s not ok!!! I did nothing wrong and I have yet to get the information I need. The drivers insurance was on the police report after filing a claim with them I was told he didn’t OPT IN to cover giving rides for money!!!! I’d have to get OK Taxi insurance carrier. They don’t want to give me the information and what they are doing is illegal!"

"I called for an estimate for a taxi ride tomorrow, my father has used this service and they picked him up on buford highway and charged $6 from buford highway to his house in brookhaven, I needed a ride to jim ellis Hyundai of Atlanta which is roughly the same distance as buford highway a 6 minute drive my dad's destination is where I wanted to be picked up from they treated my dad very well and when I called today the person that was going to schedule the ride only gave me 3 seconds to respond before threatening to hang up I hurried and gave him the address in about 5 seconds and he said it was too far and that it's not in the service range even though it's the same distance as brookhaven from buford highway which is where my dad was driven from, I expected a decent company with nice employees from what my dad said and instead I was treated very rudely and lied to about their service range, I won't be calling this taxi company ever again."
