"Absolute robbery. Arrived at 1 AM on a delayed flight with checked bags so needed to take the shuttle to international to grab the shuttle for FastPark. Unfortunately the international shuttle never showed so we decided to take a taxi as we were exhausted. It was 4 miles total- $3.50 first mile + $1.50 airport surcharge + $2.00 fuel charge + $6.90 3.9 miles (@0.30 per mile). = $13.90... driver tried to demand $35 after the 9 minute trip despite the fares being posted on the window (let's not forget the cab smelled like piss and he had his phone volume turned all the way up). Avoid cab #0723 at all costs."

"Grabbed a cab at ATL. The driver asked me to enters to the address in his phone, he evidently didn’t know how. Then, upon arriving on our destination wanted cash or Zelle for payment. He was not able to process a credit card payment, didn’t have any equipment and wanted to write down my credit card information on a piece of paper. I almost always use UBER and this is why. The Atlanta airport should not allow illegitimate, unprofessional cab companies to operate on their facility."
