"I've used Yellow Cab of Tallahassee multiple times in the past and have always tipped my drivers well. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a trip and never received any follow-up from the dispatcher—no confirmation, no driver contact, nothing. After relying on this service previously, I expected at least a basic level of communication. This lack of professionalism and reliability was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this will be my last time using Yellow Cab. Very dissatisfied."

"My fiancé place to call at 8:20 PM for a cab to come pick them up so they can bring him to where I’m at because I’m disabled in a mobile wheelchair. They are not compassionate. They have no heart four hours + went by still no cab went and picked him up. They keep lying talking about cab calling his phone ain’t no one called his phone they’re very unprofessional didn’t even wanna give them a one star because how do you say you’re gonna expedite a cab to him and still ain’t nobody went pick him up even the hotel people at budget Inn says ain’t nobody even came their I wouldn’t recommend them to no one. Best thing to do is download Uber or Lyft I wouldn’t recommend this cab company to nobody"

"Dispatcher told me she was sending a cab to the airport at midnight …. They never showed. I almost ended up having to walk 14 miles home. Repeated calls back to the company did not yield me a taxi. This place is terrible."
