"Give them a shot, despite some of the reviews! I was, initially, skeptical; however my experiences with City Taxi have been very positive. They were referred by another local transportation company that was booked the day I needed to arrange transportation for a family member. I scheduled a round trip local ride in advance. They showed up when they were supposed to, were courteous, and communicated well through the whole process. I have used multiple times and been very happy with their service."

"Spent 2k on a transmission and paid 500.00 to Kip who works at this shop. My husband and I were sold a transmission with a bad valve body. We expressed this as soon as we knew the transmission mimicked the same problems as the last one. It's been months and we are stuck driving with the same transmission that doesn't work properly. It is our only transportation to get to work and pick up our children. We have spent money on rentals and literally take a chance each day with this car. To add insult to injury, we spent another 200 for a speed sensor that did not resolve the problem. Kip told us he would contact the part store to swap it out and nothing has been done. We left our car with him a week last month and it was towed. We didn't even know until we got a certified letter saying we owed money to pickup the car and that it would be sold if we didnt pay. I am so disappointed in my experience because almost 3k gone and we are now having to purchase a new car to have reliable transportation because we trusted he would buy us a working part or at least get it replaced. We can't even dispute the charge because we paid cash, big mistake. I am seeking legal advice because not only has this cost us almost 3k, but the expenses to finance a new car and now make payments because it's hard to find a reputable mechanic in Tallahassee. So thank you for leaving us stuck with this bad transmission. Thanks for taking our money and thanks for costing us more money when I trusted you to be a man of your word!!! 😡"

"Used to be good service my to-go place. Called the number but said I had to use the app. Downloaded the app, made an appointment. The app said the pickup accepted but the driver never showed up. The frustrating part was that there was no way to contact the company or the driver. Waited 15 minutes and gave up. Almost missed my flight because of their not showing up."
