"For our first on-site Disney trip since Disney's Magical Express was discontinued, I researched available airport transfer options. After ruling out Mears since we wanted private and direct transportation, I began researching car services. Though pricing was pretty consistent among all the options, the reviews for Orlando Transfer stood out. The entire process dealing with them could not have been easier from booking on-line to text notifications the day before arrival and departure. We added the grocery stop upon arrival and were glad we did. We had Carlos as our driver both ways. He was waiting for us at baggage claim upon arrival and we were on our way in no time. The car was clean and the drive smooth (same on the way back). Carlos was extremely friendly and we chatted him up on our drive to the resort. On departure day, he sensed our fatigue and let us rest on the drive to the airport. Carlos was an exceptional driver and we were happy to have him on both legs of our trip.
