"Very good timely and professional service. Person helped me load 13 pieces of luggage onto a large Suv which nearly didn't fit and had to get very creative. Only downside, they said trip (from Miami Beach to Mia Intl. Airport) was flat $50 rate but upon arrival driver wanted $70 (per meter). He did accept the $50 without issue and I have him tip for the luggage ordeal."

"Do NOT use Ryde. It's a scam. My driver Ladi, drove so dangerously and was so aggressive toward me and my 2 year old. During our ride, we got pulled over by police on the highway because he was speeding and driving erratically. He never apologized. He remained aggressive. I was in the car with my son, and I was afraid for our lives. I'm not exaggerating. At the beginning of our ride, he drove off with the trunk open and our suitcases fell out of the car. Instead of apologizing, he screamed at me saying it was my fault. Never again."
