"My driver was great. However, I had requested a ride to get on to the Navy base and the driver they sent could not get on to the Navy base. I called before the driver picked me up to clarify that my drop off was on the Navy base and the woman that answered the phone was like “yes the driver is coming” and hung up on me. When I called again after the driver had picked me up and told me he couldn’t get on the navy base they told me I would just have to book a new ride from wherever the driver dropped me off. Ridiculous. The driver was very nice though he tried his best."

"Terrible service. Waited 4 hours for a car after driver said they were 30 minutes away. Called twice to schedule. Stupid automated voice call do t help at all. I hope I never get stationed in Florida for this reason alone. Been flying all day and just wanted to catch a ride somewhere that was 10 minutes away by car but an hour away with walking. Should have just walked."
