"A nice airport that’s easy to navigate without feeling overwhelming. It offers some great restaurants and even a really nice military lounge, which is a big plus. The only drawback is the TSA agents, who aren't always the friendliest or most helpful. A little customer service training would go a long way toward improving the experience"

"Awesome airport. Completely remodeled and new airport at Jacksonville. This airport has two terminals A and C. Gates are nicely designed and look new. Overall design of the airport feels bright and sunny like Jacksonville weather."
