"My husband went to this planet fitness to cancel his membership. A young man working there with medium length curly hair black length, short, and with tattoos, he did not get this name. He got angry at my husband and refused to provide service. After he asked for another person to help the worker got mad and invited my husband outside and tried to hit him/fight him multiple times. Safe to say me and my family will never be coming to this planet fitness or any other of this is who they decide to hire."

"I want to be compassionate and fair, especially because the staff here is truly outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional. The cleanliness of the gym is impeccable, but there is a serious maintenance issue: many machines are out of order, the water fountains are broken, and there are no mats available for aerobic exercises. Consider this a friendly warning. This is how businesses begin to decline, and it would be a real shame for that to happen in a place with so much potential."
