"Sorry to give you such a low review, but in this case you deserve it, and here's why. I made a reservation with you a week in advance. Called you the day before to confirm pick up date, time, and address. You said "Yes I have it." I was outside 15 minutes before the pick up time, called left a message, and texted you 5 min before pick up time reminding you. At 20 minutes past pick up time, I called yellow cab. Yellow cab took my reservation and had a cab to pick me up within 20 minutes -- and this was at 6 am on a Sunday! If you can't make a reservation then you damn well better reach the customer immediately. The consequence of not doing that -- is this review."
